Services & Fees
We are a private-pay pediatric occupational therapy practice committed to providing individualized, family-centered care without the limitations often associated with insurance-based services. Our cash-pay model allows us to offer personalized treatment plans, flexible scheduling, and dedicated one-on-one support tailored to each child’s unique developmental needs.
Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for families who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.
Services & Fees
Initial Evaluation (90 Minutes) — $150
A comprehensive evaluation designed to better understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and developmental needs. This includes a parent interview, clinical observations, assessment, and individualized treatment recommendations.
Individual Occupational Therapy Session (55 Minutes) — $100
One-on-one therapy sessions focused on helping your child build functional skills, confidence, independence, and success in daily activities through engaging, individualized interventions.
Parent Consultation (55 Minutes) — $70
A collaborative consultation session designed to provide caregiver education, home strategies, support, and guidance tailored to your child’s goals and needs.

Group Sessions (55 Minutes) — $50 Single Session | $180 Monthly
Group sessions offer children the opportunity to build skills in a supportive, social setting with guided interaction, play-based learning, and developmentally appropriate activities. These sessions are designed to encourage communication, motor development, food exploration, emotional regulation, peer engagement, and confidence while allowing children to learn alongside others in a fun and encouraging environment. Families may choose a single drop-in session for $50 or a monthly group package for $180.
